A Rat's Quest - The Way Back Home

Mat is a young male rat that lives among a rat commune in an abandoned wine cellar, together with his best friend Toby and other rodents. He has fallen in love with Nat, a female house mouse kept as a pet on the upper floors. To get closer to her, Mat decides to become a Scavenger, allowing him to sneak up to see her more officially. Since they come from different worlds, they devise a plan to escape to the "outside" together. But Mat's overconfidence puts them in danger, and not everything in the commune is as it appears.
